Rhinoplasty Cosmetic Surgery at Our London Hospital
In the realm of cosmetic surgery, rhinoplasty stands as a true artistic endeavour. Our skilled surgical team at Cosmetic Surgery Partners attains the highest quality results, drawing upon their extensive years of experience in the field, consistently delivering outcomes that appear entirely natural.
Our award-winning surgical team promise to be realistic and honest with you about your outcome, using their considerable wealth of expertise to advise you. Not everyone is suitable for the procedure and different approaches will work best depending on your unique situation.
To enhance both the size and contour of your nose, our esteemed rhinoplasty surgeon employs a meticulous procedure involving precise incisions made from within the nostrils. This strategic approach allows for the skilful removal and reshaping of bone and cartilage, resulting in the transformation of your nasal structure. In cases where augmentation rhinoplasty is desired to increase the size of a smaller nose, our adept surgeon may skilfully augment the nasal shape by incorporating additional bone and cartilage taken from a donor site.
Moreover, rhinoplasty is not solely confined to aesthetic adjustments; it also serves as a highly effective solution for rectifying issues related to nasal functionality. This therapeutic aspect of rhinoplasty is especially beneficial for patients with congenital defects or those who have experienced nose-related trauma due to accidents. Trust our exceptional expertise to provide comprehensive solutions for your nasal concerns.
Leading our rhinoplasty cosmetic surgery clinic is Mr Andrew Douglas, an accomplished, fully trained and UK accredited facial surgeon. Having worked as specialist consultant in the NHS he is well-versed in all types of rhinoplasty cosmetic surgery including revision rhinoplasty (secondary nose surgery), septorhinoplasty, preservation rhinoplasty and augmentation rhinoplasty. You will be able to find out which is most suitable for you during your initial consultation.
As part of the Cosmetic Surgery Partners patient journey, we provide a psychological assessment before rhinoplasty cosmetic surgery. This step is to prepare the patient, enhance their nose surgery journey and support them psychologically if there are any mental health concerns.

Rhinoplasty will suit anyone who is unhappy with the shape or size of their nose, be it too flat, too wide, too large, too small or misshapen with a bump. Some of our patients come to our rhinoplasty clinic in London for nose reshaping after their nose has been broken or damaged in an accident. Others turn to us for help because of congenital problems with their nose which means they can’t breathe well, particularly at night, all of these aspects can be addressed with rhinoplasty surgery.
Once fully healed following surgery it will be very difficult, if not impossible for people to detect you’ve had rhinoplasty surgery performed. Rhinoplasty is typically performed using one of two techniques: open or closed rhinoplasty. In open rhinoplasty, a small incision is made on the columella (the strip of tissue separating the nostrils). In closed rhinoplasty, incisions are made inside the nose. Both techniques aim to minimise visible scarring, and any scarring that does occur is usually minimal and fades over time, combined with a natural looking result, rhinoplasty leaves almost no tell-tale signs of surgery.
Sadly, it is not uncommon that we see patients who are unhappy with the results created by a previously sought surgeon. Fortunately, our Rhinoplasty surgeons are experts at performing ‘revision’ or ‘secondary’ corrective rhinoplasty surgery.
Whatever the case, surgeons at Cosmetic Surgery Partners will be able to draw upon their vast wealth of operating experience in order to give you the nose you’ve always dreamed of.
Although the shape of the nose can somewhat be addressed by altering other parts of the face using non-surgical alternatives the only real and permanent way to reshape or resize a patient’s nose is with cosmetic surgery.
You will be able to ask your Rhinoplasty surgeon about other methods of re-addressing the balance of your facial features during your initial consultation.
It is our standard policy not to operate on patients under the age of 18. Conversely there is no real upper age limit when it comes to having surgery at Cosmetic Surgery Partners, so long as the patient is in good health.
You will be given a full health check and deemed suitable for the surgery during your initial consultation with one of our expert consultants from our state-of-the-art rhinoplasty cosmetic surgery clinic in London.
You will have a dressing on your nose afterwards, and although you may feel bunged up for a few days afterwards, the pain is usual controlled with over-the-counter painkillers.
Although the results of rhinoplasty surgery are instant the initial bruising and swelling associated with the procedure tend to subside around 1-2 weeks following surgery. At this stage you will be able to notice initial results, however we advise all patients to wait 4-6 weeks following nose cosmetic surgery in order to see the full results of the operation.
At Cosmetic Surgery Partners cost of rhinoplasty starts from £7775.00. Cost will vary depending on the type of rhinoplasty surgery required.
This is an all-inclusive price with no hidden extras, it includes; all pre-op consultations and appointments following surgery, your overnight hospital stay and any garments or splints you may have to wear following surgery.
