Mr Berry is an exceptional surgeon- incredibly skilled and sets realistic expectations for you as a patient. I had mentioned my severe emetophobia to Mr Berry at my initial consultation and he was very reassuring as well as relaying this to Dr Armstrong the anaesthesiologist. This vastly reduced my pre-op anxiety and showed that Mr Berry closely listens to his patients. I also found him to be very mindful while conducting pre-op examinations and made the process as comfortable as possible. I would also like to show my gratitude to the team of nurses involved in my care, they were all lovely and incredibly kind. Dr Armstrong also deserves a mention he is a lovely man, he really puts you at ease and makes you feel safe and even asked me what music I would like to listen to before going under the anaesthetic.

The care I received from Mr Berry and his team was exceptional. The procedure for my top surgery was well explained during the pre-op consultation. Mr Berry provided brilliant care during my surgery as well as when I developed a hematoma. Additionally, his team of nurses took great of me post-op and kept in regular contact to ensure I was healing well.

Following a previous facelift two and a half years ago I was left with two dents in my face. The surgeon who performed the surgery told me to massage my face and the dents would settle in two years!!! Mr Douglas performed corrective surgery to remove the dents. The dents have not completely gone but the overall appearance of my face is smoother. My follow up treatment will be infra red collagen inducing which should improve the dents further. Mr Douglas is an excellent surgeon who is determined to ensure that I am happy with my final appearance.

I’ve always had an excellent experience with CSP and have always felt respected and well cared for and never like I was being sold to. The approach is sensitive and thoughtful and patient/client-led. I had a face lift and Mr Douglas is enormously skilled. We talked a lot in the run up to surgery about the result I’d hoped for (effective but subtle!) and the result is perfect. I do my think anyone would say “she’s had work done” but they might (as my husband has) think I look younger. The whole team has been brilliant – friendly, helpful, clear, kind. Would 100% recommend.

I was 22 at the time of my surgery, and felt I couldn’t wait any longer to have top surgery (as a transgender man). My brother had also had the same surgery with the same surgeon 10 months prior to me.

We both had an excellent experience at Welbeck Hospital. I felt very well looked after during the whole process; all the staff were so kind and respectful. Communication was quick & direct over email and calls, and I was treated with highest priority during my overnight stay. In recovery, when I called about the scar re-opening, they were very efficient & quick to send me the inadine patches (it’s just a shame they never arrived in the post!). I have a slightly larger scar on one side as a result, but I don’t mind. I have been told is barely noticeable to anyone not looking closely. I love the result of the surgery and Mr El Gammal is incredibly talented – he did save mine and my brother’s life by giving us both our gender affirming surgery. Highly recommend to any trans man looking to have top surgery.

I am so overjoyed at having had this surgery and think Miles did such a fantastic job – it’s such an incredible joy to look in the mirror and see something that looks and feels so ‘correct’ now. I wanted to particularly express my appreciation for Lindsey who was such a useful and reassuring element of the recovery process in particular. She was so efficient and patient in offering information and reassurance during a time filled with health stresses and anxieties! I also found it really reassuring having Miles visit me before discharge – he’s a very pragmatic and therefore grounding presence.

Mr Berry and his team are all fantastic! I was informed the whole way through and any questions I had were welcomed. I was well taken care of throughout the procedure and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. During my overnight stay, I felt like I was allowed to be as independent as I wanted but as soon as I needed help it was right there. Food was lush (as someone who works at hospitals believe me). When I arrived home I had no complications and I was checked in on by the nurse. I was given all the information and contacts if any issues developed and just having the phone number there was very reassuring. I paid a lot (11k) in the grand scheme of things but I’m so glad I did because I had such a positive experience and got the results I was looking for – Thank you!

I had an extended abdominoplasty, after having 2 children my stomach was quite the mess with stretched skin, fists recti and stubborn fat. I have found the entire process from initial consult to 3.5 weeks post op so pleasant and reassuring. I cannot confirm overall result satisfaction yet as I’m still healing and have still got swelling so things don’t ‘look’ as they should or will when fully healed but I’m be try happy so far. Dr Berry has been incredible from my very first meeting and empathised with my journey so far. Mentally and emotionally it’s been a game changer having this surgery and I’m so pleased I found him. The scar is very neat, he was also able to cut away my old c-section scars along with most of my stretch marks and leave me with what will be an aesthetically pleasing new stomach! His team have been fabulous too in my aftercare. I would recommend Dr Berry over and over again!

How life changing the surgery was. my shoulders and top half felt so light. a huge weight was lifted from my top half. The whole experience was very simple and pain free.
